SEO & GEO Consulting

Show the right answer to the right person

SEO and GEO aren't about chasing rankings or racking up traffic. They're about helping the people who need you find you, at the moment they're looking, whether that's a search engine or an AI answer, in whatever market and language they search in. I've been practicing this since 2006.

Why SEO feels confusing

Most of the confusion around SEO comes from a lack of transparency, not from the work itself.

Search engines update constantly, and a lot of practitioners trade on secrecy to look indispensable. The agencies, consultants, and bloggers who call themselves SEO experts all have different skills and processes, and results vary wildly. My practice runs on the opposite principle: full transparency between us. Before I touch a keyword, I take time to align on your business goals, your KPIs, and what success actually looks like for you — not a generic traffic number.

What I do

SEO consulting, done as a partnership

My role isn't limited to driving traffic. It's to help you understand your own SEO practice, so you can make better decisions long after our engagement ends.

Continuous education

I explain what you're buying, what to realistically expect, and why — not just what I did. You should always feel free to ask for that explanation.

Aligned KPIs

We agree upfront on the metrics that matter to your business, not vanity numbers like raw traffic or impressions.

International & multilingual SEO

Hreflang implementation, localized content strategy, and go-to-market guidance for brands expanding into new countries and languages.

Services

Different SEO services for different situations

The value of an ongoing SEO practice is easy to take for granted, and building an in-house team can feel like a risk. Many lean marketing teams rely on outside support for the tactical work behind their marketing and sales strategy. Here's where that support fits.

SEO project management

An audit full of recommendations provides zero value unless it gets implemented. Managing the roadmap means understanding every element of the strategy well enough to set priorities and guide execution — following an agile approach for quick value and easy adaptation.

Coaching for SEO teams

As marketing organizations grow in-house SEO teams, the right structure, mindset, and process are what separate a cost center from a profit-generating group. For more than ten years, Blas has trained, guided, and managed SEO teams on business strategy, technical SEO, content, and user experience — turning that shared learning into a lasting resource.

Reporting and analysis

A strong SEO strategy depends on a solid content creation structure behind it. Blas works with a network of copywriters, graphic designers, video producers, voice artists, and musicians to make sure reporting reflects real, well-supported content work, not just numbers.

SEO can be intimidating and frustrating but Blas does a great job clarifying concepts and processes. He also creates and develops the right strategies to achieve your SEO goals.

How SEO consulting works, honestly explained

What does an SEO consultant actually do?

Reviews your website and its reach, then builds a strategy around your specific business goals — not a one-size-fits-all package. That includes technical SEO, content strategy, and for growing businesses, international and multilingual expansion.

Why does communication matter so much?

Consistent communication, not just about the project but about SEO news and updates, is what lets us both keep evolving our understanding together. The better you understand SEO, the better decisions we make together.

How often do I need to check technical SEO?

Less often than most agencies want you to believe. A solid foundation, reviewed once or twice a year, is usually enough. Constant monthly audits are often about retainers, not results.

Is SEO the right tool if I need fast volume?

Not always. If you need quick traffic volume, SEO usually isn't the fastest tool for that. I'll tell you when a multi-channel approach serves your goal better.

Will you just hand me a report and disappear?

No. Education is part of the engagement. You should be able to request that education from me at any point — that's the role of the customer in this relationship, as much as it is mine.
